NDMC Property Tax - How to pay Property Tax Online North Delhi?

You can pay the NDMC property tax by visiting any of the ITZ cash counters in North Delhi. The payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cheque, and cash.

NDMC Property Tax Registration

• Visit https://mcdonline.nic.in/ndmcportal/.
• Click on 'Sign Up'.
• On the next page, click on 'New User Click Here For Sign Up/Registration'.
• Next, enter your first name, middle name, last name, your father's name, gender, country code, mobile, email ID, and age.
• Click on 'Get OTP'.
• Enter the OTP and click on 'Verify'.
• Click on 'Submit' to complete the registration process.

Properties Exempted from Tax

You do not have to pay tax for the below-mentioned properties:

• Any union properties that come under Section 65.
• Building and land that has been vested to the Council.
• Agricultural lands.
• Any building and land that is used or occupied for public worship or used for charitable purposes.

• If the building or land is sub-let.
• Joint owners.
• In case the building or land is un-let.
